While touring Portugal at your own pace, you’ll come across one of the best kept secrets of Europe. You will find a unique kind of architecture in the world, exquisite food where fish plays an important role along with great cheese, olive oil and wine, breathtaking cliffs along the shore hiding secluded beaches, mysterious castles and fortresses dating from early medieval days where you can almost hear the battle cries. How do we run this programme?

• You will be met at the airport by João or Helga and be escorted to Sintra or the coastal apartment.
• On the following day you will be taken out on a walking tour of Sintra, to the car pick up, lunch and orientation.
• You can then follow our suggested day trips and explore Portugal at your own pace, knowing we will be just a phone call away if need.
• In the middle of your stay we will offer a get together event: a Fado evening with dinner, a special wine tour, a lecture on architecture or tiles with an expert…
• On the day before departure, you will return the car in Sintra and we will take you on a shuttle bus to the airport and help you with the check-in procedures.

What do we charge for all the above?

Our rates are per apartment, not per person (excluding the airfare) and start at:

970,00 euro for a one week stay

1630,00 euro for a two week stay

740,00 euro one week stay (without car)

1300,00 euro two week stay (without rental car)

• White Lily apartment based occupancy for one week (includes twice a week cleaning and linens)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

It is NOT MANDATORY to travel on Wednesdays with us. You may take the apartment for one or two weeks starting no matter what day of the week. Please check the current exchange rates at http://www.xe.com/. We may also take care of airline tickets upon request please provide preferable gateway. We recommend Continental out of Newark directly to Lisbon.
