In reviewing the Christmas Special on our site, I was salivating to read the recipe for flaky cod with tomato sauce and broccoli. The willingness to try the dish was so great that even if 22 hours, I left the newsroom directly to the supermarket. I bought the recipe ingredients and, as the broccoli was not that great, I decided to replace it with peas.
At home, with a cup of green wine geladinho in hand, began to prepare the cod. Another change I made risky by sheer lack of choice was to leave the cod to soak for half an hour rather than the recommended time (24 to 48 hours), praying not to get the dish too salty - it worked!
Delicious (I'm salivating writing this post), the recipe is very easy to prepare and, although I dined almost midnight, I felt a queen enjoying a food of the gods. Try to do at home, it is worth.
