Sicomercio Introduces "Safe Company" for Pet Shops

The Union of Retail Trade Petropolis (Sicomercio), in partnership with the System Fecomercio-RJ, and RJ Sebrae-Senac-Rio, holds this Thursday (22/10), at 19h, a seminar to present the project " Company Forte "for professionals in the pet shops. The meeting will be held at the Sicomercio.

The "Enterprise Heavy", which is planned for next month, aims to stimulate sustainable development of the segments between entrepreneurs Petropolitana, through training programs for professionals in the industry. Actions to improve management, access to credit and new market trends will be addressed. The expectation is to increase the skill levels of managers and corporate segment, generating a positive impact on profitability and increasing the length of stay in this business segment in the city.

For the vice president of Sicomercio, Mariana Menescal, the project creates a shock in the business scenario in two parts: first the possibility of creating new businesses such as pet shops. "It will be a good opportunity for entrepreneurs interested in opening a pet shop. The city has also, since most are within the existing veterinary clinics," he said.

On Thursday (22), businessmen of the pet shops will know the design program which will include improvement of corporate governance, operational and technical, as well as develop and implement the marketing plan. Process improvement, dissemination of the importance of IT management, action customer loyalty, expand sales channels for partnerships, shares of eco-efficiency, business missions, monitoring and management of the project, promotion of the central shopping and access to credit and evaluation of the project also will be among the issues addressed.
